Meal of a Lifetime

So while My dad and I are in Vegas..we always try to go to one really top notch, high end place to eat. This year we went to Mario Batali’s Carnevino thats in the Palazzo Hotel.

We both had the same thing..the winter beef tasting menu. 5 courses predetermined, each paired with a different glass of wine. When we go to places like this, we can’t tell you how incredible the service is. Whatever you eat or drink, when they present it to you they explain in great detail what it is. They also tell you the best way to enjoy it, and why the wine belongs with it. Service so good, you get up to go to the restroom and the manager takes you there instead of pointing in a general direction. On the short walk they tell you more about the restaurant, and when you return to your seat the napkin is folded on the table for you.  So here is the meal in all of its glory.
